- Select Involvement for a Contact, Church or Organization with your Affiliate. Involvement refers to how a Contact is connected to your affiliate - for instance, as a Client, Donor, or Volunteer.
- Create lists based on selected Filters with CoolFocus' Advanced Segmentation functions. Save filtered lists in Segments and export to Excel.
Manage Clients with CoolFocus Outreach Module
